Latinos in America, contrary to belief in certain circles, are not a captive, monolithic voting block. A committed Hispanic constituency -or its lack thereof- can make or break an ascending political career before you say buenos días. Hence it is always highly advisable to craft campaign strategies & messages with the utmost cultural cognition. That said, let the baby-kissing commence. And the mud slinging of course.
